Ladies can learn about different self-defense techniques, and discuss how women react in real-life defensive situations. Feel at ease with these female-led, female-only monthly sessions. Meets the last Wednesday of every month, from 6pm to 8pm.  Each month, we will cover: Recent self-defense cases involving females, including case details and outcomes Personal defense/conceal carry product review A new hand-to-hand/improvised weapon skill.
