Explore Oldham County with public library’s Selfie Scavenger Hunt

The Oldham County Public Library is hosting a fun scavenger hunt to help show off some of the great spots all around the county!

The Oldham County Public Library is hosting a fun scavenger hunt to help show off some of the great spots all around the county!

The contest runs through the end of July. All you need to do is take three selfies at three of the following locations then upload them here.

  1. Goshen Library
  2. Welcome Sign at Creasey Mahan Nature Preserve
  3. Goshen General Store
  4. A Giant Abacus
  5. Hermitage Farm (Here/Where signs)
  6. A Sunrise
  7. A Selfie with an Animal
  8. A Water Tower
  9. A Gas Station
  10. Oldham County Fiscal Court Building
  11. A Moving Train
  12. An American Flag
  13. La Grange Library
  14. Crystal Lake
  15. Gustavo’s Mexican Grill
  16. A Church
  17. Ashbourne Farms
  18. A Sunset
  19. Bully BBQ
  20. A Solar Panel
  21. A “Be Kind” Sign
  22. Spotz Gelato
  23. Alley Loop in Downtown La Grange

“It’s a great way to get out in the community and get pictures of some local businesses, landmarks… We were just looking for a fun way to engage with the community, some inexpensive things that people can go out into the community and do,” said Brian Walker with the library.

Once you submit your photos, you’ll be eligible for a prize from Spotz Gelato!
